One-on-One Training

2x Per Week  =  $360 Per Month (8 Sessions)

3x Per Week = $480 Per Month (12 Sessions

Times available upon request

Semi-Private Training

2x Per Week = $180 Per Month (8 Possible Sessions)

5x Per Week = $280 Per Month (20 Possible Sessions)

Limit of four people per session

Semi-Private Training Schedule

Monday - Upper Body: 6am, 7am, 8am and 6pm

Tuesday - Lower Body: 6 am, 7am, 8am, 5pm and 6pm

Wednesday - Upper Body: 6 am, 7am, 8am, 5pm and 6pm

Thursday - Lower Body: 6 am, 7am, 9am and 5pm

Friday - Total Body: 6 am, 7am and 8am
