Does your schedule regularly allow you time to exercise (either with me at the gym or on our own) at least three times per week?
Are you willing to endure discomfort in order to change and improve yourself?
Can you be supportive and work alongside a small group of up to three other people who are trying to better themselves?
Will you follow assigned exercise and dietary guidelines on your own time?
The people who work best with me are able to invest a minimum of $200 per month toward their health. Is this possible for you?
